PrintTraker 2.0 Is Here: A Smarter, Simpler Way to Manage Print

We’ve been working on something big—and it’s finally here. PrintTraker 2.0 is our most significant update since the original PrintTraker, which introduced the first and only on-demand, in-process direct-to-print solution for agents and sign printers. This new version builds on that foundation with features our users have been asking for—focused on making day-to-day operations easier while opening up new opportunities for growth.

What’s New in PrintTraker 2.0

Print Fulfillment (Launching April 2026)

Thinking about offering print services but don’t have a local printer? We’ve got you covered. With our upcoming fulfillment option, SignTraker can handle print orders on your behalf—so you can expand your offerings without adding extra overhead.

Improved Template Management

We’ve made it easier to manage print templates, especially for larger teams. With the addition of Brands for National Accounts, you can keep designs organized and consistent across different offices and regions.

Expanded Support for National Accounts

Managing orders at scale just got smoother. We’ve made improvements to how PrintTraker handles National Account orders, giving you better visibility and control where it matters most, and the ability to issue Promotional Credits for National Account Agents.

Clearer Shipping Costs

Shipping pricing is now more transparent, so you and your agents can see costs upfront. No surprises—just clearer expectations.

Release Schedule

PrintTraker 2.0 is scheduled to go live on March 25 between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM (EST).

During the release, there may be a brief moment—usually just a minute or two—where the system is catching up as everything updates. We don’t expect any major issues, and our senior engineers will be on standby to make sure everything runs smoothly. If anything comes up, you can always reach us at help@signtraker.com.
