PrintTraker® Integrated Printing

PrintTraker introduces a whole new level of convenience and point of sale capturing of sign printing orders. With PrintTraker, customers don’t have to leave your SignTraker to order signs: they can order replacement signs or new designs, either singly during their sign ordering process, from their inventory views, or in greater volume from a dedicated page in their portal view, creating print-ready files ready for production.

  • Agent can order from your ‘Standard’ customer riders
  • Agents can order their own custom signs from their templates, adding their name, phone, images, etc.

  • Upload new designs, with PrintTraker quoting the job from your custom pricing rules

  • Automatically have PrintTraker insert the new items into the Agent’s inventory view

OpenHouseTraker Integrated Open House Management

Add considerable recurring revenue and enhance customer relationships OpenHouseTraker. While every Agent may order one sign for a listing, active agents will conduct multiple open houses at that same location! From within your SignTraker, you can enable Agents to:

  • Buy standard or brand-customized open house packages
  • Place desired directional signs locations on a route map– or let you recommend placements

  • Easily perform a “buy again” of a prior open house order

PackTraker® Integrated Courier Services

Leverage your vehicles and staff and provide valuable transportation for documents requiring “wet” signatures with documented chain-of-custody. With PackTraker, you can charge by package type, urgency, distance– as well as idle/wait time. From within your SignTraker, you can enable Agents to:

  • Schedule pickups and drop-offs from new and ‘favorite’ locations
  • Receive automatic notifications of driver status to representatives at the source and destination locations
  • See photos documenting the pickup and drop-off of their documents or other items
  • View transit details, such as distance and wait times

PhotoTraker® – Coming 2026: Integrated Photography

Coming in 2026, SignTraker will introduce a first in our industry: integrated photography services with PhotoTraker®. Leveraging a network of authorized professional photographers, Agents will be able to:

  • Schedule and coordinate their sign installation, photography, and related services– all in one spot
  • Purchase a variety of photography services, including still photography packages, drone photos and images, 360 views, and more
  • Utilize SignTraker’s integrated billing to facilitate billing to Cost Centers, if desired

  • Sign Installation Companies.  Select from three different licensing options to support your business and the level of functionality you require. All include branded apps for your agents, installers, and you:  
    • SignTraker Essentials®. SignTraker’s entry level package, SignTraker Essentials® provides more capability than competing “full function” packages
    • SignTraker Pro®.  SignTraker’s most popular package, which includes specific support for established businesses with particular requirements, especially those transitioning from other systems
    • SignTraker Pro+®. SignTraker most advanced package, aimed at particularly large volume installers requiring priority support and advanced API and similar functionality.
  • Real Estate Brokerages.  If you are a real estate company operating your own internal sign installation department, choose a SignTraker Enterprise License® to support your team.  Tailored to your specific needs, your SignTraker Enterprise Portal is branded for your company and includes a mix of Pro and Pro+ features to assist your team in managing orders, inventory, billing, and more.
  • National Real Estate Firms. If you are regional or national organization whose operations span multiple markets, choose a SignTraker National Account Portal® (“SNAP®”) to support your expansive operation.  Your branded SNAP portal will leverage our network of Authorized SignTraker Installers, providing installation and field services in all major US and Canadian markets.
